Samsung threatens to sue Apple Behind

Legal action from Apple seems to have been taken seriously by Samsung. South Korean vendors are even threatening to sue Apple back into the realm of law.If Apple designs targeting the similarity as a source of complaint, Samsung will bring other issues to be brought to justice.
"We think Apple has violated our patents in a matter of communication standards. We are considering the counter claim," said Chung Jae-Woong, a spokesman for Samsung, as quoted cyber from Yonhap, Tuesday (04/19/2011).
Chung declined to say what products Apple about violating Samsung's wireless technology patents. The company will conduct in-depth review before processing countercharges.
Samsung recognizes Apple is their big customers, where some Apple products using Samsung components. Apple is Samsung's second-largest client in 2010, after Sony Corp. But still they are rivals.
"Although Apple is our clients, they also are rivals in the mobile market. And since Apple sued us, took a similar step on them is inevitable,"added Chung.
